Transfering license of Adobe Master Collection CS6

Recently I've bought Adobe CS6 from reseller. We started transfer of license and he claims Adobe contacted him after 2 days saying transfer is complete but nothing changed - product doesn't appear on my Adobe account in plans and products and I can't use option "register older product". So I can't even confirm if the trasfer was already made? when I enter the license numer there's information "this product was already registered and cannot be add again.
What should I do to have it oon my account?

you won't be able to re-register it, but you should be able to activate it with your serial number.

Be careful; this sounds extremely suspicious:

There are no authorized resellers of CS6/CS5/etc. any longer because the product line has been EOL for many years – but nevertheless, unsurprisingly, scams abound!

Not sure why we resurrected a post from 2018. But the message is a good one.

Also do not be tempted to buy Creative Suite from auction sites like eBay. All too often the software is pirated, hacked or contains malware. It's not worth the risks for unsupported products that have no future.
