Transferring Adobe Acrobat 9

I am trying to transfer Adobe Acrobat 9 from an older sony laptop to a new windows surface. I disabled the program on the laptop and retreived the serial number already but when I go into My Adobe the product does not come up in my order history. The program was purchased back in 2010 online so it should still show up correct? How can I download the installer for the program so that I can use it on my surface?

is that acrobat standard or pro?

if pro and if you follow all 7 steps, you can download a trial via one of the links on this page using a browser that accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.

if standard, you must register your product with adobe for a link to be available on adobe.com
