Transferring Photoshop CS5 from Macbook Pro to iMac; NO CD

Hi there; I just purchased an iMac and am looking to transfer my already purchased/installed Photoshop CS5 from my Macbook to the iMac. I can't find my CD but have the serial number. Any idea?
