Transferring Photoshop to new laptop

My old laptop with Photoshop crashed and i no longer have the serial number. I do have the program files transferred to my hard disk. Is there anyway i can download my existing photoshop to my new computer? Thank you.

    Copying program files does not work, they must be installed with a serial number
