Trial Adobe Illustrator CC

I installed a trial Adobe Illustrator CC.

Why when I run it in front of it is the start window for 7 days...?

Why do not let me do this and I try out the illustrator?

I need to know that the illustrator will work when I buy it.

I need a 7 day trial.

I want to know how it works on my computer.

Dadeksart, sorry that you are unable to evaluate Illustrator CC on this computer.  What version of Windows are you evaluating Illustrator CC on?

In addition to the suggestions from Monika and Test Screen Name please also remove the Adobe-related certificates from the Windows Certificate Manager as discussed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html.  If the certificates are not able to be accepted, then it could lead to the trial dialog not being dismissed.  Please update this public forum discussion if you have any questions.

Just click on "Continue". Does that not work?

The window will count down the days, so you know how much is left.

In order to get to the documentation, check out the Help menu inside the pplication.

I pressed the button to continue. Again and again.

But the window is always coming back.

When I turn this window off to x,  the illustrator goes out.

Can you try and disconnect from the internet?
