Trial Download Issue

I downloaded a 30 day trial of Photoshop 11 Elements, but now I can't figure out out to get the program to start.  Photoshop isn't showing up when I look under "All Programs" on my computer, and there's not icon on the desktop.  When I do a search for it by typing in the name, up pops about 30 different files, and in clicking on them randomly, I still haven't found what to click on to actually get the program to run.  Strange.  Can anyone tell me how to get the program to actually run?
