Trial ends before I start?

I just instal creative cloud and try to instal Lightroom Classic CC.

However, it shows "trail ends" and I need to purchase it.

I am confused about this situation.

Anyone have a similar experience or any solutions?

Did you solve the issue? I downloaded Creative Cloud and Lightroom Classic today and upon completing the install Lightrrom opened. Lightroom says its trial has expired! Today was the first time I've downloaded either program on any computer. Help?

There might be some traces of an old install, so might be a good idea to use the Adobe cleaner tool:

I am using a second hand MacBook Pro, but I have reinstall the OS before I use, will it be a problem?
