"Trial Expired" Error in all Creative Cloud apps

I have the CC All Apps plan but most of the mobile apps as well as my Adobe portfolio all keep saying that my trial has expired. I have tried everything I have found in search results, contacted support and they just keep transferring me around. Nobody seems to know how to fix this.
