Trial Expired - Have never downloaded it before on this computer, and it keeps saying that it has expired. Any reason why?

I have never downloaded Adobe CC or any other program on my laptop before, and I want to try out Adobe After Effects before I possibly buy it, but each time I try to download the trial, it says trial expired, right after opening/downloading. If anyone has any ideas or help, that would be great.
