Trial not even starting

Hi

I have signed up to a new account to try a week trial of InDesign and Photoshop only to tell me immediately that the trial had expired. I have tried to sign up with a different email address to see if that was the cause however that didn't work.

I have uninstalled the CC cloud and reinstalled the software just in case and the link was still expired. It would be interesting to know why it is saying that the trial has ended. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Only 1 trial allowed per computer.  Maybe you had a previous trial that expired.  Or perhaps your computer's internal  clock is not set to the correct date and time.  See link below for more info.

I have this exact same problem today. Never installed a CC version of InDesign on either this computer or any computer with this account, yet upon install, I'm greeted with a message when it opens that this is the last time I can use InDesign as the trial has expired.

Hey Nancy

The computer is brand new so haven't had a chance to download much yet. Not sure why its not working?
