I recently downloaded Adobe Premier Pro CC 2017.  I was unable to work with it long enough to explore the product and want to request a rest on my trial period.  Who do I contact or what is the procedure?

Thank you.

As far as I know, trials are 7 days and only once per program per computer... my understanding is that a hidden file is place on the hard drive to disallow a 2nd trial of the same program

You may be able to trial the 2018 version

Or, buy a subscription for one month... and be SURE you cancel before the end of your month

I know. The trial is stupidly short. I couldn't evaluate it in such a short time.

If you need more time, buy it and cancel within 14 days to receive a refund.

If you were looking to buy a car would you pay for a test drive?

The quickest and easiest way would be to install the 7 day trial on a different computer.
