Trial software download keeps freezing at 25%

Hello

I've been trying to download a trial version of Flash Professional CS6 for two days. AAM downloaded without any problem, however the Flash download keeps freezing at 25%. I've tried downloading normally and from the Creative Cloud. I'm using a PC/Windows 7.

Can anyone suggest how to fix the problem?
