Trial version apps when a member?

I'm a creative cloud member and made my monthly payment a week ago but all my apps are now trial versions? Any idea what might be the problem? Thank you.

If I refer to the adobe ID associated with profile there is no active subscription found. Please make sure you are using the right adobe ID to sign in.
