Trial Version CS5

I am trying to download the trail version of CS 5.

The Adobe Download Assistanct page comes up.  I log in.  Then nothing happens. 

I have turned my firewall off, and started over; but noghting happens.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    What operating system are you using and which Adobe application are you trying to download?

    I suggest going through this document which contains steps to troubleshoot the Adobe Download Assistant : Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant

    I use Windows 7. I was trying to download the trial of PhotoShop CS5.

    hi,

    I would recommend following the steps in the above mentioned document. These troubleshooting steps usually resolve most issues with the Adobe Download Assistant even if you are not receiving any specific error message.

    I would also recommend first trying the download using a different Internet browser to check if the problem persists.
