Bought the full version of Photoshop and along with the Photography Pack. BUT, I can't use it because it tells me that I will have to buy the full version. I already texted the costumer support 3 times, nothing happened. I don't think the problem is on our end. Already tried to uninstall, and everything. Still nothing happened. I've been paying for it for 3 months now, and I need it for my work. Can somebody please help me?

Balazs, sorry you continue encountering problems using your recently purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan.  Make sure you are installing the software on a computer that has unrestricted access to the Internet.

You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update your active support case ADB-24948640-Q7W1.  It is currently open and pending your response, Balazs.

Hello, thanks for the advices! But it didn't work for us.. We tried the Limited Access Repair tool as well, but it found no files to correct.. So I tried manually as well, but that also didn't work. So honestly I don't know what to do now.. I'm paying for it, and it doesn't work. Right now, asi it is, is a waste of money. But I need it for my work.. 😕😕
