Thanks in advance for the help! I installed a trial version of Acrobat XI, and then we deceided to purchase XI for our organization. I was unable to download the purchased version however, since I still had the trial version running on my computer. Is the solution as simple as throwing the trial version away?
The solution can be even simpler than that. All you need to do is use the serial number from your purchase to activate the trial version to full use. There is no difference between trial versions and full versions except for the time you are allowed to use them. The serial number removes the time limit on the trial version.
