Trialled two app and now I have CC Team access on same Adobe ID to same apps but can't get past 'trial expired' on Creative Cloud window.

I trialled two apps as a personal user using my work email. That trial has now expired and we subsequently decided to purchase Prem Pro and After Effects as a business. However my team admin assigned my access to the Adobe ID I had previously trialled the two apps on. Now when I open the Creative Cloud window, I just get the 'trial expired' wall and it can't work out that I now have access to those apps despite having historically trialled them.

Will I need to create a new Adobe ID to assign my 'team access' to because I've said my current Adobe ID is 'personal' rather than a business account?

Any help would be great!

Thanks

My licence is active for Premiere Pro?

I've tried every solution on your link except the SLCache change. I am hesitant to try though as I have one app that works fine already on my CC 2015 window - it's just Premiere Pro stuck on the trial expired phase. Will changing my SLCache affect apps that are running fine as well?

Alex I checked the license details.

It shows active for only After Effects.

Seems you still haven't activate the Premiere Pro license.

Hi Alex,

You can use your personal Adobe ID to get the team license provided there is no active CC license on your personal Adobe ID as of now.

Else you can anytime create a new Adobe ID.

Thanks Sheena. I click through the Creative Cloud window as such: Premiere Pro (trial expired) > Your trial has expired > Licence This Software > sign in > no subscription found.

Alex I have checked your account details and the license is active under your Adobe ID.
