Run_Esperanza how much space do you still have available on your primary drive?  It is possible to customize the installation destination within the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find more details at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

Please be aware that you will need disk space on the primary drive to installed shared components plus contain the temporary files for installation.

I do not have a lot of space. Is it possible to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application onto the secondary drive and have everything start and be there, bypassing the primary drive?

No the shared components will always need to be installed on the primary drive.

You can attempt to adjust the environmental variables of your operating system to adjust the location of your temporary directory.  This may allow you to then install as you would only need disk space for the shared components.

I would instead though recommend you adjust the partitioning of your drive to provide more space on the primary drive or purchase a replacement hard drive.
