tried to install photoshopp cc on my computer, when I try to launch it, it says incomplete and theres only a small amount there.
desktop cc says it iss "uptodate" so i cannot install it again.
this is really hosed.
Lightroom installs absolutely fine.
the photoshop cc installation need to be fixed!

the uninstaller uninstalled pshop so i now infer i need to use the cleaner

no, you don't need to uninstall lightroom and you don't need to uninstall your cc app.
you actually don't need to uninstall anything to use the cleaner but it's a good idea to uninstall the apps being cleaned because they'll need to be re-installed.
in any case, it sounds like your only cc suite app is ps.
now run the cleaner, fix your cc app, restart your computer and then install ps cc. follow those steps in the order suggested.
