Trojaner in Installation of PP 2025 (25.1 Mac)

Norton AntiVir found a pissible trojaner "SNH-gen(Trj)" in the installation (fresh and new install) of PP 2025 and Media Encoder 2025 in the russian language data:

Path: "Application/Premiere Pro 2025/Premiere Pro 2025.app/Contents/Dictionaries/ru_RU/ame.app.ru_RU.dat".

The same in the Media Coder 2025 folder.

Thanks for your post, Andreas. Please make sure to contact the anti-virus software manufacturer to verify the software is up to date and using their recommended settings. Have any other installed applications been flagged as causing problems? ^JW

Hi Jeffrey.

Yes, I opened a ticket to Norton. The Norton software is up-to-date.

With my other already installed Adobe programs like Photoshop Norton found no issues (I did a full scan).
