i'm trying to download a Adobe CS6 web premium suite purchased in 2014 and when I go to other downloads it freezes and doesn't download the installation package at all. i've tried 3 different times on 3 different windows 7 devices.
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
