trouble downloading!

I'm having trouble downloading the Creative Cloud I just made a one year commitment to!  My computer is giving me a message saying that my operating system is not supported by Adobe.  I have Windows Vista, what's the problem???

Sallymay77 the system requirements for the majority of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications requires Windows 7 or later.  You can find the system requirements listed at http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html.  Which Creative application were you trying to install specifically?  Does the system requirement for that application list Windows Vista as a supported operating system?
