Trouble downloading a photoshop trial on my macbook pro

i have recently updated to a mac os 10.7, and i seem to be having trouble downloading any trials, the dmg files will not open from the disk utility

    Lowlow6 do you receive a specific error message?  Which version of Mac OS are you using?  What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?

    I managed to start the download by turning off the automatic graphics, but i am still having problems, the extraction process took too long, I must of waited about 6hours for it to finish but decided to just cancel the download all together.

    I have a Mac os x 10.7.2

    Was it extracting or downloading?  Were you just downloading the Photoshop trial or did you select one of the suites?
