Trouble downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements

I'm trying to download my purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements to my Mac, but had bad internet connection at that time, so I had to re-try several times.  After some tries, the site tells me I've exceeded the number of times allowed to download.  The thing is, I have not downloaded the product yet.  How can I download?

Would appreciate your help.  Thanks!

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Thanks for this Ned! I suddenly remembered I downloaded the trial version a couple months back, and just needed to input my serial number to it, as you suggested.  It worked fine, thank you!
