Trouble downloading Creative Cloud for Photoshop

Question

I bought the Creative Cloud this weekend, and tried downloading.  It kept saying that Adobe Bridge (from CS5) was open.  It wasn't.  I restarted the computer and tried the dowload again, and it got stuck at the same spot - at 42%.  Suggestions?

Gene Hollander please use your Task Manager or Activity Monitor to verify that Bridge is not active.
