Trouble downloading Creative Cloud for Photoshop

I bought the Creative Cloud this weekend, and tried downloading.  It kept saying that Adobe Bridge (from CS5) was open.  It wasn't.  I restarted the computer and tried the dowload again, and it got stuck at the same spot - at 42%.  Suggestions?

Gene Hollander please use your Task Manager or Activity Monitor to verify that Bridge is not active.  You can find information on the use of the Activity Monitor/Task Manager at Install log error "Exit Code: 19" | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/install-log-error-exit-code.html.
