Trouble downloading Lightroom 3 student and teacher edition.

I recently added a new hard drive to my my Macbook pro and tried to re-install it but it doesn't allow me to do so. It doesn't recognize my serial number. any other suggestion?

    When i enter the serial number i get no respond with a big red X to the right. The only other options its giving me are quit, cancel, and back.

    Open the window to enter the serial number, then  on the title bar check the exact product name with version. Make sure it is for Lightroom 3
