Trouble downloading Premiere and After Effects - says trial has expired

I have purchased Adobe Creative Cloud, however whenever I try to download Premiere Pro or After Effects it tells me that my trial has expired and I haven't purchased the software. It allows me to download them but says I don't have it when I try to open it. I feel like I wasted all of this money and I can't find any help.
