Trouble downloading Premiere Elements 11 trial

I have downloaded Adobe Download Assistant and the trial of premiere elements 11, but every time I try install it an error message 1935 pops up and it rolls back. I have updated windows, apple QuickTime, run a disk cleanup, run a defragmenter, and turned off my anti-virus but the same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
