trouble installing Adobe Acrobat Pro on my MacBook using the package installer

Hi Adobe Community,

I’m having trouble installing Adobe Acrobat Pro on my MacBook using the package installer. Interestingly, all other Adobe apps (like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) install without any issues. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Downloaded the latest installer from the Creative Cloud app.

  2. Ensured my macOS is up to date

  3. Checked for sufficient storage space (I have over 50GB free).

  4. Tried restarting my Mac and reinstalling multiple times.

The error message I’m getting is:
“the installation is failed”

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it? I’d appreciate any help or troubleshooting steps you can share. please find the log file attached

Thanks in advance!

@muhammed_7166

I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Acrobat forum where the Acrobat team will see it.

You said you are using the Creative Cloud App to install Acrobat. Are you using these steps?

Can you show a screenshot of the error message?
