Trouble installing adobe illustrator from creative cloud app

Hello, 

 

I am having trouble installing adobe illustrator trial version since i keep getting a pop up saying something went wrong

    Brian, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using on the computer running macOS? I don't see any active memberships under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. 

     

    Are you installing Illustrator on a computer and network that has unrestricted access to the internet, or is it managed and secured by an organization, Brian?

    Install the CC app and then install it from there:

      its not working on the app either. It says on infinite loading wheel
