Question

trouble installing Photoshop full version (not trial)

I have purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan - 1 year Individual subscription this evening. I have gone through what seems to be a very convoluted and frustrating process (maybe compounded because I have had subscriptions to Creative Cloud before and I have tried to separate this from previous connections) of activating and installing.

The two applications on the subscription (Lightroom and Photoshop) as I understand it, are fully fledged versions of these apps. I have installed the Lightroom app...but I am having lots of problems with the Photoshop install. At first it just installed a Photoshop Express version...then, when I thought I had finally got the full version installed says it is only a 7-day free trial!

I have paid for a one year subscription for it, I do not want to have to pay another cent for something I already have! Please help me get what I have paid for without all the confusion. Thanks.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
