trouble installing Photoshop on my Microsoft surface

Hey guys I'm trying to download adobe photoshop on my Microsoft surface because I accidentally deleted it and need it for school but now whenever I try to reinstall it just goes to 7% and immediately stops and gives me no error code which is very frustrating I also tried the firewall trick and it didn't help so if I could get some suggestions that would be great
