Trouble logging onto creative cloud because of incorrect email

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging onto my creative cloud desktop application because it says I still need to verify my email. However, it's showing an email that doesn't belong to me. My email is correct on my account online so there's nothing for me to change.

I'm having a hard time getting in touch with customer service so I'm just wondering if anyone has had this issue before and knows how to resolve it.

Does anyone else use your computer?

What may work is to remove everything Cloud and start over

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

-and possibly the 5 steps in reply #1 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2144928
