Trouble renewing school subscription

Hey yall,

I've been a student for the past 3 years, using Adobe at a discounted rate. While trying to open photoshop now, it says I either have to start a trial or buy photoshop. So I go to Adobe to renew the subscription and I get all the way to the student package but upon attempting to purchase it is not letting me select the "School/Company Account" but instead only allows "Personal Account". The issue is that I have all my work, fonts, etc. saved on my school account. 

What am I to do?
