Question

Trouble signing in to UK site

I am in the UK and have a subscription to Creative Cloud Photography.

The hard drive on which I had my CC Apps (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), is failing and so I uninstalled them from my PC and am now trying to re-install them.

Every time I sign in to my account, I get sent to the US site (prices in dollars, no option to continue to UK site). This seems to be an old account as the password shown in my profile has a fewer number of characters then the one i am using to sign on.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Jim.

Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe old files from your system.

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Restart your computer.

Log--in to your paid Adobe plan and click the blue download button to get the latest Creative Cloud Desktop app.

If you still need help, click the chat bot icon on the same page (lower right).

Type AGENT followed by enter key.

Thank you. I THINK that my problem is that I can't sign in to my paid account.

When I sign in, I use my email address and a password with 10 characters.

However I get taken immediately to an account that only shows free Creative Cloud, with all the apps as trials.

clicking on the profile shows me a password with only 8 characters, which I think is a previous password.

I can't even get in to cancel my paid subscription and sign up to a new one!

How can I get past this?

Did you do a clean install after running the Adobe Cleaner Tool?
