Trouble Trial Version Converting to paid version

I recently installed the trial version of AI. Loved it! Made the decision to purchase. Purchase was accepted. But there is no change in the tools available to me. Such as Libraries, shape tools, etc. Do I need to register?  Do I need to download again? Will Adobe update the application? Or are these tools for more advanced users? I am a novice but excited about using this great software! Just want to be sure that everything that should be available is available. I have tried signing out and signing back in but still no change. Nor does the purchase show up on my activity stream. Any assistance is appreciated.

The functionality is the same with the trial as it is with the paid version. There is no fancy magic features just because you pay. If you have issues signing in to make the Library content appear, refer to this:
