Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble uninstalling Adobe CS5, so I can upgrade to CS6. It is saying that some programs need to be closed before uninstalling, Google Chrome needed to be closed, and Internet Explorer needed to be closed. The problem was, Internet Explorer is already closed. I cannot find it in Task Manager, so it should be closed. Care to give me a hand?

Thankyou.

you don't need to uninstall previous versions of adobe suites in order to install newer versions.

that said, you should be able to uninstall any program you no longer need. if you want to uninstall cs5, make sure nothing related to chrome and ie are not started when your computer boots and restart your computer.  then uninstall.

you can also use the cleaner after uninstalling, Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
