Trouble with CC

Hello everyone,

 First time posting, which unfortunately means I'm experiencing a problem! I have had Adobe CC on my comp for a year or two. But recently it got stuck on an update, never progressing past 1-2 percent. So I deleted it and was going to reinstall it.  But now when I do I get this error:

 

"we are unable to reach adobe servers. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then click retry"


Not sure what's up, but I can't get the creative cloud desktop app to re-install?

I’m having a similar issue, illustrator keeps closing when I try to open it. The help desk couldn’t “connect” for me to share my screen with them. Probably spent about 2 hours uninstalling and reinstalling and still no solution to the problem. Was just using it yesterday without an issue and now it’s not working! Even worst - I have a project due this week and need access to my program!!
