Hello:

I have not been able to open my acreative Cloud app for a while now.

I have the Photography subscription and Photoshop and Lightroom both work

fine but can't update. Everytime  I try to open the Creative Cloud app or attempt to update

one of the programs it give me this message

""  Unable to reach adobe severs. Please check your firewall settings,

ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct and try again ""

There was nothing done on my computer as far as changes (except windows auto

update) and I checked all settings .  Has anyone had this problem and has there been a solution?

Thank you for any help

I've been using the company's network, home WiFi, and cellular tethering. Nothing's working. Also on both Mac's and PCs.

Here is the exact message I'm getting:

"We're sorry. Something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. If this continues to fail, please contactcustomer support."

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Same problem.

Get a notice within the CC Admin Console saying "something is wrong" on their (Adobe's) end.

We have people idle without software because seats can't be confirmed.

Please advise.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.

for help with that and other common secure adobe.com connection problems read, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

if you've confirmed you cannot connect are you using a company computer, firewall, router, hosts file etc?
