Trouble with Lightroom installation

Hello everyone, i'm tring to use my MacBook Pro Late 2015 to run lightroom.

I purchased the license, downloaded the lightroom installer and when i try to open it it asks me to sign in.

i'm trying to sign in but every time it gaves me this

how can i fix it?

Seems so because i have multiple machine, same hardware and same OS (MacOs Montrey) and in other 2 machine works fine, but i installed lightroom there a couple of month ago. the problem seems to be in this particular machine
