My computer crashed and the Elements 9 software was lost. I have the disc, but cannot find serial number to reinstall. The two serial numbers for Photoshop Elemensts on My Account are not valid for Elements 9 . I have in the past purchased Elements 7, Elements 9 and just purchased Elemtns 12. I want to use Elements 9 till I get used to Elements 12.
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
