error message wont allow me to sign further toward using Muse app - what is that all about why does the error message come on asks you to retry go back or quit program

Hi tabatha,

Please follow the below mentioned steps:

Windows: Navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it.

Mac: Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)

Launch Muse and try to sign in.
