'Try' button won't work next to app in CC

I want to download a trial of Adobe InDesign. In my Creative Cloud app, the majority of the apps have the button 'Try' next to them. I keep hitting 'Try' and nothing happens. The apps are not prompted to download. I keep hitting 'Try' and nothing is happening. Please help me!

That won't work either.....any other suggestions?

It's most likely something you have installed on your computer for security (or a security setting). Could also be that you don't have admin rights on the computer?
