try to download the software : via the link provided in the email I get an "error page". I then tried via my account by clicking on the "download" link from the "my order" screen. I then get a message saying "you have no downloads". I'm almost ready

Hi, I just purchased Premiere elements. I paid online via Paypal. I received the Adobe confirmation email a few hours later. I then try to download the software : via the link provided in the email I get an "error page". I then tried via my account by clicking on the "download" link from the "my order" screen. I then get a message saying "you have no downloads". I'm almost ready to file a complaint to Paypal for fraudulent online sale. What should I do ?
