Rafaelj26341644 this error indicates that the installer is unable to move the required files out of the temp directory.  Please review or temporary disable any anti-virus or system utilities that may be interfering with the move process.  For more details see Resolve Error Code 146 or 147 encountered while installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps. .

Mr. Wright,

I did what you let me know (delete Adobe cloud installer, re-install, close the firewalls, but it did not work out. I still have the same error code.

Rafaelj26341644 the file is already downloaded.  The problem is that the file is not able to move out of the temp directory.  Please focus on any installed anti-virus or system utilities that are installed.  If you are unsure how if they are affecting the installation then you may want to look at temporarily disabling them to allow the installation to proceed.
