Trying to buy sub for All Apps and got scammed into paying a cancellation fee!

This is ridiculous. I tried to buy a subscription for all the Adobe Apps and it said I had to cancel my existing subscription for Adobe Premiere Pro before i could get All the Apps so I did that and then at no point did it warn of a cancellation fee until AFTER I had cancelled the Premiere Pro account. This is ridiculous and a horrible way to be treated by a company I've funneled a lot of money in to. Can someone from Adobe please get back to me and help me!

No reasonable company would charge a cancellation fee when the customer is looking to upgrade and spend more money. Use this support link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and under Individual click Sign in to contact us. You should be able to start an on-line chat session with an Adobe agent.

Normally, this should work: Learn how to change your plan .

Now that the bad happened:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html as indicated by John T Smith and ask for the CC all app plan and a refund for the early termination fee. Report back if you still have problems with this.

You agreed to these subscription terms when you joined.  An annual contract paid monthly or prepaid amounts to a 12 month agreement or pay a 50% penalty fee for early cancellation.
