Question

Trying to cancel my membership but there's no option to. Yet, I'm still being charged.

I have a student account with adobe giving me access to all apps. I'm trying to cancel my membership but when I go to manage my plan, nothing is there and I am unable to make those changes. I am still however being charged for the services of the membership. Solution?

Try logging-in from a different desktop browser like Firefox or Chrome that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.  If there is a problem with your payment, you must resolve that first.

Canceling your annual plan before the 12th month, will result in an early termination fee -- 50% of remaining months.  See terms below.
