Trying to delete account - unable to login
Hi there,
I had an Adobe account that I signed up to with an email address I am no longer using. I want to tidy up my internet footprint and get rid of all old accounts I don't use. When I went to sign in, it said that the email address was not associated with an account, and yet when I entered my mobile number to find the account in question, the SMS sent to my mobile confirmed it was the email address I was entering and trying to sign in with.
I have created this second account so I could post in the forums (since there doesn't seem to be any other way to get in touch with support?), and while I am confident that I can delete this one when it no longer needs to be open, I don't know how to close the other one? I do not want my personal information being stored when it is no longer necessary (since my phone number etc is still stored).
Can anyone help?
