Trying to download Adobe XD through Creative Cloud Desktop but keep recieving error code 507

I have been trying to resolve this for hours. I have tried using the powershell commands from this post

and I have also tried repairing my C++ distributions and I have tried following the instructions from this post .

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing and using the clean tool and updating my computer and just everything....

In the end, none of these answers have worked and I am still getting the same 507 error code. It goes up to 90% and then I get the error code.

This is my error log. It pretty much stays the same for each attempt:

Exit Code: 507
-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------
 - 2 fatal error(s), 2 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

FATAL: Error (Code = 507) executing in command 'AddUWPAppxCommand' for package: 'UWPAssets', version:43.0.12.14
FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: UWPAssets Version: 43.0.12.14). Error code: '507'

Adobe support didnt help. If anything they pretty much asked me if I wanted to pay for their assistance (pay for a subscription to adobe xd to get support). I have been using Adobe XD for free for years, and I have never encountered this kind of issue before. Can someone PLEASE help me resolve this because I need XD for a project of mine.

Pkpulsefall, can you confirm which solution in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-code-507.html you implemented?  You mentioned using PowerShell commands, but that solution is listed under If you cannot access the volume.

From the log file, you posted it appears the installer is having problems interacting with C:\adobeTemp\.  Have you verified that the C: drive is listed as Online?  This is the first solution listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-code-507.html.

If so, then try removing the adobeTemp directory to see if that corrects the error.  I would also recommend running any available updates from the Microsoft Store. Adobe XD uses Universal Windows Platform to complete the installation process.  Applying available Microsoft Store updates often corrects many UWP related errors.
