Trying to download an app, but it's stuck at 0%. Tried disabling firewalls, have no antivirus or malware open, and tried renaming the 1.0 folder in the updator and the opm file. Still, nothing works.

Just getting rid of the CC app doesn't do anything as long as you do so while signed-in. The activation for the apps will remain in place. The rest is nothing we can help you with at this point. You have not provided any useful technical information about your system.
